Tonight, the Green High School Boys Varsity Basketball Team got back on the winning track by defeating the host Lake Blue Streaks by a score of 46-32.Green took a 12-8 lead in the first quarter on Junior Shea Simmer's 8 of the Bulldogs 12 points. Kaleb Martin rounded out the scoring in the quarter adding 4 points. But Simmer was not finished and added 9 more points in a tough defensive battle to lead all scorers with 17 points. Green was six for seven from the line with the Blue Streaks having no opportunities at the line,Simmer and Martin were both a perfect 2 for 2 while Ryan Smith was one for one and Garrison Keeslar was 1 for 2.
