SOLON HIGH SCHOOL: 38
The JV Bulldogs fell behind 11-2 to start the first quarter, but finished the quarter on a 13-2 run to lead 15-3, and never trailed from that point on, defeating Solon 51-38. Aidan Mastaso led the Bulldogs with 16 points, followed by Marc Adam (13) and Landon Clevenger (11). Jameson Pine (9) and Clevenger (7) led the rebounding effort, and 3 Bulldogs ( Adam, Quinn Simmer, and Pine) each dished out 2 assists. B.J. Glass (4), Pine (3), Simmer and Ben Pine (2 each) rounded out the scoring attack. Ben Pine, Adam (4 each), and Mastaso (3) contributed key rebounds as well.
The Bulldogs are now 4-3, and will take on the GlenOak Golden Eagles on Friday January 3.
