This is a growing season for this team/ At just over midpoint in the season we are seeing improvement on every court . Every player is working on developing singles and doubles skills and more of an “all court “ game. Sidney Marshall played her first singles match today playing with confidence , a strong first serve and much improved baseline play.   Katie Brubaker and Emily Peel are developing strong bond as a doubles team with their powerful first serves and intimidating volleys and overheads at the net. Alyssa Westmeyer has been playing consistently well at 1st singles with a wide variety of shots under her belt , excellent knowledge of the game and planned strategies.
