Today, the Green JV Golf Team traveled to the Spring Valley Golf Club in East Sparta to take on the Canton McKinley Bulldogs. The battle of the Bulldogs came down to a victory for the Green Bulldogs gaining valuable playing time shooting a score of 181 on a very challenging golf course. Leading the way for the Green Team were Sophomores Jackson Keller and Anthony Micale shooting 43. Also scoring was Sophomore Jonny Stephen(46) and Juniors Aaron Payne and Alex Norton with 49s. Sophomore Shane Bates(58) played but did not score. The Green Bulldogs are now 2-2 overall and 2-0 in the Federal League. The Green JVs next match will be on Tuesday, August 29 at 3:00 at Sable Creek against the Lake Blue Streaks.
