The Green Boys Varsity Golf Team came in tied for second place in the Alliance Invitational Boys Golf Tournament by shooting a score of 324 at Alliance Country Club just four strokes behind the winner. Scoring for Green was Junior Kyle Smith who shot 76 and was tied for the second low individual. Also scoring for the Bulldogs were Junior Evan Raymond 78 tied for fifth place overall, Freshman Silas Kirkpatrick and Junior Trez Cobb shooting 85s. Junior Grant Price also participated and shot 88. The Bulldogs' next tournament will be at the Barrington Country Club to play in the Aurora Invitational Golf Tournament and then to Tannenhauf Golf Course to compete in the Federal League Championship on Thursday, September 29 starting at 12:00 noon.
