Things finally clicked for Green last night. The Bulldogs took on some other Bulldogs and came away with a convincing win. It took some time for Green to get on the board. Ill-starred defender Will Maynard went off with a bleeding head wound at the same time Christian Barnes was also being patched up. With the trainer busy with bloody Bulldogs, the team struggled to find their feet. Then, finally, they did. Jared Genovese opened the scoring and, with it, the floodgates. When it was over Matt Silvidi, Seb Leasure, Gavin Shawcross, Owen Smythe, and Caleb Boyle were all on the board. It's been a long road to this point, but a tactical change, some renewed application, and more clinical finishing has Green their first win.
